Our Services

At Dorviana, we provide non-medical in-home and community-based supportive services for children, teens, and young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities under Self-Determination Program (SDP). All services are tailored to each participant’s needs, goals, and family routines.

Community Living Supports

Personal Assistance for Daily Life and Everyday Activities

Community Living Supports help participants live with comfort, safety, and a sense of belonging — both at home and in the community.
These non-medical services are tailored to each person’s needs and promote stability, confidence, and meaningful participation in daily life.

Dorviana’s CLS includes:

Personal Care & Daily Living
Support with hygiene, meals, dressing, and organization — helping each participant stay comfortable, clean, and engaged in their day-to-day life.

Routine & Structure
Guidance in following predictable routines, managing transitions, and maintaining calm, balanced rhythms throughout the day.

Social & Emotional Support
Encouragement to build self-awareness, social interaction, and communication skills — creating space for connection and self-expression.

Home & Environment Care
Assistance in keeping the home safe and welcoming: light cleaning, meal prep, laundry, and simple household organization that supports independence.

Community Participation
Accompaniment to activities, recreation, or classes that help participants explore interests, stay active, and feel part of community life.

Health & Well-Being
Reminders for medication, gentle check-ins on comfort and wellness, and support with safe movement and self-care routines.

Each service is provided with respect for privacy, dignity, and individual choice.
Dorviana’s approach combines practical assistance with emotional presence — helping participants feel steady, supported, and included every day.
